Private Patients Hospitality Officer
Duties:
-To ensure excellence in patient and family experience by meeting and greeting patients upon arrival to clinic facilities with a smile.
- Help patients complete registration forms
- help make beverages for patients while they wait to see the surgeon
- Use an iPad to register their arrival, double check their client details. Effectively communicate with remotely based practice manager.
- Complete mandatory training at Moorfields.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between patients, SK Eye Clinic office and Moorfields Eye Hospital Staff on the ground.
- Distribute relevant patient information leaflets.
- Provide some administrative support, including managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the hospitality industry and strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work, particularly written documentation
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
