Tezlom are recruiting for proactive Support Workers to support vulnerable adults with various complex needs to work in specialist services across the Sutton Coldfield and surrounding areas. Tezlom are a leading and expanding Healthcare Recruitment Agency, established since 2008.
We Require:
- 6 months UK paid experience in the role of a Support Worker within the last 5 years
- Proof of right to work in the UK
This role is ideal for Support Workers who are looking for new opportunities, working up to full time hours on a flexible basis. As a Support Worker you could be working within a variety of different services such as Rehabilitation Units, Day Centers, Mental Health hospitals and supported living accommodations as well as many other services like this. You will be looking after the well-being of your clients and supporting them in their daily lives, enabling the clients to live more independently.
Support Workers assist and encourage vulnerable adults with long-term Mental Health conditions and complex care needs, to live their lives to the fullest and maintain what is important to them. With the role of a Support worker you may be required to deliver an aspect of personal care suited to the individuals needs.
Rates of pay for all Support Workers range from £10.65 - £11.55 per hour (including holiday pay), with an increase for some bank holiday shifts.
