One of our clients now requires additional support and we now need another Virtual PA to join our growing team ASAP!
The role requires knowledge of the estate agency industry as you will be contacting prospective vendors to offer a valuation on their home.
You must have a laptop, phone and experience in property sales.
The ideal candidate will also:
- Have fantastic attention to detail.
- Be friendly, professional and have a pleasant telephone manner.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Be able to spot opportunities and to sell the services of our clients.
- Be brilliant at written communication. (Spelling, grammar and punctuation must be fantastic).
- Be well organised and able to report to the client with feedback, updates and responses.
- Be persistent and self-motivated.
This is a self-employed role and the position is available for an immediate start. Flexibility is required.
Approximately 10-20 hours/ week (worked between 9am and 5pm on Mon-Fri).
The nature of this business means that the needs of our clients can change on a weekly or monthly basis. We can also often find that clients approach us with short-notice, when they need assistance.
The life of a VA can be fast paced.
You need to be great at problem-solving, super-efficient, quick-thinking, an amazing multi-tasker, a fast-learner and flexible.
We are a team of ambitious, energetic and enthusiastic individuals and we work together to provide additional support to one another and our clients during busier times, holidays or sickness, so there may be opportunities for additional hours, if desired.

Salary: £15.00 per hour
