Énergie Fitness Archway is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing our social media accounts. This position will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a social media calendar, managing social media accounts, and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility of Énergie Fitness Archway brand on social media channels.
- Manage social media calendar.
- Create content for posts and engage with followers on various platforms.
- Research and analyze trends in social media.
- Monitor analytics to identify opportunities to grow brand awareness through social media channels.
- Provide feedback to clients on the results of campaigns.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for brand growth.
- Develop content that is engaging, informative, and reflects the core values of Énergie Fitness Archway.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines relating to social media presence and behavior.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
· Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
· Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills required. Strong organizational skills required for success in this role. Ability to work independently required with the ability to multi-task effectively.
· Social Media experience preferred but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 - 25 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
