Part time reception roles available across Bath Vet Group, to include weekend work and shift pattern between 7:30am - 7:30pm.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will ideally possess previous reception and customer service experience, and will need to be confident and able to interact with our clients providing a consistently high level of service and customer care.
The role will include meeting and greeting clients, booking appointments, dealing with any queries, taking payments, dispensing medication and interacting with customers, amongst an array of other tasks. Experience with customer service and administration tasks is essential, alongside being computer literate. This is a busy and demanding role, you must be able to cope well under pressure.
