Wonder Bee’s Childcare are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic person/s to come and join our vibrant and energetic team as a childminding assistant.
The person/s must hold a level 2 or above qualification in childcare, possess warm interpersonal skills to engage with mindees and their families and have a commitment to the safeguarding of children. Paediatric first aid trained is advantageous but not essential. The candidate/s must also hold a full UK driving licence.
Overview of the role and Responsabilities; Working as an effective team member to support staff and guide children in line with the EYFS. Helping them feel safe and secure in readiness to develop and learn through positive strategies.
