A super exciting opportunity has opened up to work as a customer service associate for 2 months with an impressive charity based in the heart of north London. This is a temporary role based 5 days a week from home with the potential opportunity to extend. Your role will include, liaising with, and finding solutions to customer problems while maintaining excellent customer service.
This role would be perfect for a recent university or college graduate and someone with customer service experience. The ideal candidate would be proactive, professional, and personable. Candidates would desirably have strong communication skills as this is a customer-facing role.
