The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Brunello Restaurant and Bar on a full-time basis. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to cater, deliver and exceed our guests’ needs and expectations by providing the highest levels of personalised five-star customer service.
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Operations Manager the Waiter/Waitress responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following tasks and performances:
- To communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen;
- To communicate with guests and other colleagues and ensure staff is working together as a team to guarantee optimum service;
- To be immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to our guests’ needs;
- To ensure that licensing laws and health and safety matters are adhered to.
The successful Waiter/Waitress will:
- Have at least 1 year experience within a luxury environment.
- Have previous Waiter/Waitress experience is essential.
- Have strong communication and customer service skills.
- Be passionate about ensuring a delightful experience for clients and guests alike.
- Be an excellent team player with exceptional eye for detail.
